Creating a standout short-term rental requires more than a clean space—it needs to be stylish, functional, and memorable. Our Short-Term Rental E-Design Package is tailored specifically for hosts who want to elevate their property’s appeal, boost bookings, and deliver a five-star guest experience.

We focus on high-impact design that photographs beautifully and enhances the unique personality of your location—all while staying within budget.

How E-Design Works

Step 1: Secure Your Property Package

Select the specialized hospitality tier that matches your property scale (Essential Stay, Complete Retreat, or Luxe Experience) and complete your secure checkout to lock in your project slot on our studio calendar.

Step 2: Share Your Space With Us

Immediately after purchase, you will receive your digital hospitality onboarding kit. To help us maximize your property’s rental potential,

sleeping capacity, and photo appeal, you will be prompted to submit your room dimensions, daylight photos/videos of each included zone, and

any current listing links.

Step 3: Strategy Consultation Call

Once we receive your completed onboarding assets, we will reach out

within 24 to 48 hours with a link to book your 30-minute virtual consultation. Together, we will lock in your property's signature aesthetic direction,

target guest demographic, and overall investment budget goals.

Step 4: Your Virtual Property Presentation

(Timeline Per Package Tier)

Next, we map out the high-converting visual blueprint for your property.

We will meet live via Google Meet for a comprehensive design

presentation based on your package's specific turnaround time. At

this session, your designer will unveil:

Your Signature Master Concept Board: One expertly styled, cohesive visual design direction per zone outlining the exact aesthetic, color

palette, and high-impact durability direction optimized to look amazing

on rental apps.

High-Capacity Floor Plans: Spatial layouts strictly engineered to

maximize guest traffic flow and safely optimize your property’s

sleeping capacity.

The Golden Review: Together, we will review the master direction,

collect your real-time feedback, and select your favorite key pieces.

Your package includes one comprehensive round of master revisions to

fine-tune product selections.

Step 5: Master Investment Blueprint Delivery

(Within 5–7 Business Days Following Revisions)

Within 5 to 7 business days following our live presentation adjustments,

your final property transformation kit is delivered straight to your inbox.

This includes your final setup maps, 3D Renderings (per tier),

guest-proofing design notes, and your Clickable Sourcing & Shopping

List complete with built-in product alternatives (like backup sofas or lighting options) sourced directly from our boutique shop, What's Your Decor Style, and retail partners.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough Call & Support

We will schedule a follow-up video call to walk you through your master blueprint, answer styling questions, and review your execution timeline.

To get your listing live on schedule and protect your investment, we can

use this time to review any local trade, or assembly quotes you have received, ensuring you avoid costly setup mistakes.
