By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our online services are hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our premium virtual design services and boutique products to you.

Part 1: Website Use & E-Commerce Regulations

Section 1 - Online Studio Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products or design assets for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 - General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always heavily encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Section 3 - Accuracy & Display Inconsistencies

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not completely accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Colours: We have done our absolute best to display as accurately as possible the true profiles of the paint colors, fabric swatches, and product finishes shown across our website and digital design presentations. However, because the exact colors you see will depend on your specific computer monitor or mobile screen calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3D Visualizations & Renderings: Photorealistic 3D renderings supplied by Oceanside Interiors are conceptual visual representations intended to illustrate spatial layout, scale, color palette, lighting, and overall aesthetic harmony. 3D models of furniture, textiles, fixtures, window treatments, and decor items utilize digital representations that serve as as-close-as-possible visual matches to convey design intent. Clients acknowledge that exact product specifications, finishes, and purchasing links are governed solely by the accompanying 2D Mood Board and Curated Shopping List, and that minor variations in texture, grain, or detail between 3D renderings and physical products are inherent to 3D visualization software.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our virtual design services and boutique product collections are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Section 5 - Services & Account Information

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our services or products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of services or service pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online studio.

Section 6 - Third-Party Links & Sourcing Resources

Certain content, design recommendations, and services available via our Service include materials and links from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external retail websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, stock availability, or accuracy of third-party platforms. We do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, storefronts, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. Please review carefully the third-party's independent policies before you engage in any transaction.

Section 7 - User Comments and Project Submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, review feedback, or testimonials (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them in our marketing materials. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to pay financial compensation for any comments.

Section 8 - Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, or laws; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or (e) to collect or track the personal information of others.

Section 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Oceanside Interiors, our founder, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages—arising from your use of any of our services or any products procured using our services.

Part 2: Virtual Interior Design Services

1. Scope of Virtual & Local Services

The Company primarily operates as a virtual interior design studio delivering digital design blueprints, space planning, 3D renderings, and curated sourcing nationwide. For clients located within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), optional in-person auxiliary support services—including in-home site visits for measurement collection, hands-on styling, personal shopping, and organization—are available as add-on extensions. The Company does not provide physical structural engineering, architectural blueprints, or trade site-management.

2. Client Responsibilities

Onboarding Deliverables: To enable Oceanside Interiors to fulfill your design packages successfully, the Client is responsible for completing all onboarding materials within our design portal. This includes providing accurate room measurements, clear photographs and videos of the space taken in daylight and uploading initial inspiration links. Oceanside Interiors is not liable for errors in final floor plans or 3D Renderings resulting from inaccurate structural dimensions or measurements provided by the Client.

Active & Transparent Communication: E-Design is a collaborative partnership. To achieve the best possible aesthetic and functional outcome, the Client agrees to provide thorough, detailed responses to our style questionnaires, disclose an honest and realistic furniture investment budget, and maintain open, constructive communication throughout the project timeline. Vague onboarding details, hidden budget constraints, or project communication delays exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive business days may result in your project pipeline slot being paused or rescheduled at the Company’s sole discretion.

3. Investment and Fees

Due to the digital, automated delivery of our design onboarding resources and the scheduling reservation of our creative studio timeline, all fees for E-Design Packages, Colour Consultations, and Virtual Design Strategy Calls are collected 100% upfront at the time of purchase.

All investments paid to Oceanside Interiors represent professional design and creative consultation labor and are 100% final and non-refundable.

4. Revisions & Re-Sourcing

Every single room E-Design package includes one (1) comprehensive round of revisions following your live Signature Master Concept presentation, allowing us to swap specific product links, fine-tune color schemes, or adjust layout maps based on your feedback. Once the Client selects a preferred direction and the final master package with built-in product alternatives is delivered to your inbox, any additional revisions or re-sourcing requests due to changing personal preferences will be billed at our standard hourly design rate.

5. Sourcing & Procurement Liability

Oceanside Interiors integrates custom product recommendations directly with our sister e-commerce boutique, What's Your Decor Style, alongside trusted retail partners and trade-only vendors.

Third-Party Retail Links: While we verify stock levels at the exact hour your design presentation is constructed, we have no control over the inventory shifts of external retail brands. Purchases made via third-party retail links are subject exclusively to those individual stores' return, tracking, and customer care policies.
Trade-Only & Drop-Ship Procurement: For exclusive, trade-only pieces that cannot be purchased directly by the public, the Company will act as the procurement agent. The Client will be issued a direct invoice through Oceanside Interiors. All trade-only and drop-shipped orders are 100% Final Sale and cannot be canceled, altered, or returned once the invoice is paid.
Delivery Inspection Window: For all items purchased directly through Oceanside Interiors and drop-shipped to the Client's property, the Client is legally required to thoroughly inspect the product and packaging and report any transit damages or manufacturing defects to [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. The Company is not liable for transit damages reported past this 48-hour window, nor are we responsible for handling the physical installation or manual assembly of delivered furnishings.

6. Structural & Trade Exclusions

The Client is solely responsible for hiring, managing, and paying licensed regional general contractors, painters, handymen, or electricians to execute the aesthetic design blueprints delivered by Oceanside Interiors.

We do not manage trades and assume zero financial or legal liability for structural damage, assembly errors, property damage, or code violations occurring during your real-world implementation phase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All original design concepts, custom layouts, 3D renderings, and master specification packets delivered to your inbox remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oceanside Interiors. These deliverables are granted to you under a single-use personal license for your individual property transformation. Copying, selling, distributing, or reproducing our design work for commercial distribution without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any operating rules posted by us on this site are interpreted in strict accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our services shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Ontario.
